Based in two industrial premises, providing mixed workshops and facilities to artists, crafts people and arts organisations at an affordable rent. It is also developing a programme of opportunities to enable the continued growth and sustainability of artists practise.

Comprises 4,000 sq ft of floor space divided into studios and offices. There is also a large indoor flexible construction/exhibition/rehearsal area and a large shared outside heavy timber construction area available for temporary let on a flexible basis. It is expected that a forge will shortly be available as part of this provision. Every studio has natural light and 3 phase electricity. It is hoped that broadband Internet access will be available soon.

Rent: is charged at £6.96 per square foot per annum. Rates are additional and individually charged and subject to 50% small business relief.

Access: Studios are securely self-contained within shuttered industrial unit, easy street access 24/7 via a large roller shutter and free on street parking.

Good location: Next to hardware store and timber merchants, overlooking mouth of the Tyne and 10 minutes walk to North Shields centre and Metro.
