1st Storage Centres

1st Storage Centres are offering a range of upstairs ex-office units in a self-contained area within industrial premises where lower floors are being converted to high quality personal storage units.

The location is just off Benfield Road and the Coast Road, opposite the Wills Building, is well placed for bus routes, and in easy walking distance from much of Heaton. 

Units are a mix of sizes, some would suit single occupancy, others being more suitable for two or three artists sharing, with possibilities for sub-dividing the space.  A number of units have north-facing windows, ceiling heights are reasonably good.  Access arrangements are subject to review as the high security currently prevents late evening and Sunday usage.

Units are in reasonable condition and occupancy could be arranged fairly quickly if sufficient artists can be found to make it viable to open up the space.

Rents are expected to be fully inclusive.
